The Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) of VARIBOX are durable multi-trip 1000 litre chemical container(s) specially designed for providing long-lasting services. Many chemical distributors in France, Spain and Belgium are already using the VARIBOX SC for different applications. 

Durable eco-design to reduce carbon footprint

As mentioned before the VARIBOX Single Containment has a durable eco-design. A lot of benefits for the environment will appear when using the VARIBOX SC. By re-using the VARIBOX SC for 10 years (with the replacement of the inner container after 5 years) the carbon footprint will be improved because you only have CO2 emissions during the first and the fifth year when the new parts are manufactured. Compared to a standard IBC with an average lifetime of year, you have CO2 emissions from its manufacturing every year.

Easily separable parts 

The VARIBOX SC is designed to be easily separable. When reaching the end of the lifetime, the VARIBOX can easily be taken apart and parts can be divided and prepared for recycling.

Another version of the 1000-liter Intermediate Bulk Container is the VARIBOX Full Containment (FC). Well known for its high safety standards and the opportunity to meet many different regulations in Germany and the Netherlands. 

Double-walled protection

The VARIBOX FC is a double-walled container that protects you and the environment during usage. Double-walled protection also means that during usage chemical contact will be avoided. If the inner container has a leakage there will be no escape from any chemical product from the inside.
