An IBC tank is a popular packaging tool within the chemical industry. It offers the advantage that it can store large quantities of liquid or chemicals within a square meter. VARIBOX has more than 50 years of experience in the development of products for the storage and transport of foodstuffs, pharmaceutical products and chemicals. We offer you a wide range of products to meet your specific industrial needs. We are happy to offer you our Varibox, an IBC tank with which you can transport and store all acids and alkalis. Thanks to the completely closed system, chemical contact will be avoided and safe working with chemicals will be assured. The IBC tank is made of polyethene and is very durable.

Advantages of the VARIBOX FC IBC tanks

The Varibox is built to last. The container is  double-walled with built-in reinforcement to give your VARIBOX a long service life. The integrated combi-vent opens fully automatically. With the Varibox you can also opt for an extractor tube with a leak-free quick coupling, so that your product can be pumped through the top of the VARIBOX. If you are transporting chemicals that can cause pressure build-up, a pressure relief vent is available so that the pressure in the IBC tank remains the same. The robust construction ensures that your product stays safely in the VARIBOX

We offer you two different VARIBOX FC’S. Both boxes are made of polyethylene and available in different colours. One of the Variboxes that we offer you is the Varibox FC 1000, this box is:

  • Suitable 1000 litres;
  • 1325 mm Height
  • 1200 mm width;
  • 1000 mm length; 
  • 150 mm EPDM or Viton sealing;
  • 122 kg;

Our the other VARIBOX, the VARIBOX FC 800 which we offer has following characteristics :

  • Suitable for 800 litres
  • 1160 mm Height
  • 1200 mm width;
  • 1000 mm length;
  • 150 mm EPDM or Viton sealing;
  • 111 kg;

50 years experience in producing IBC tanks

Promens specializes in the development of products that serve for the storage and transport of chemicals. We have a great deal of experience and have been a guarantee of quality for more than 50 years. We like to use that experience everytime we develop innovative products. We work according the motto “shaping plastics beyond the obvious” and this mentality has meant that we have already received many prizes. In 1958 we were awarded the first prize and many years later we also received a prize for all kinds of other products, including the IBC tank. The IBC tank is made in factories in Deventer and Montoir using the rotational moulding process.
