The VARIBOX Full Level Sensor Viton provides an automatic signal when the liquid inside the VARIBOX reaches the upper level of the container. Float Switch at the Top of the Container

As the liquid level rises during filling, the product eventually lifts the float. This movement opens the electrical circuit and generates the full-level indication. For the VARIBOX FC, the official user guide describes the full-level sensor as switching when the container is almost full, with approximately 25 litres of capacity remaining. This provides a defined signal before the container reaches its absolute maximum capacity.

Fail-Safe Level Monitoring

The official VARIBOX FC and CC documentation specifies a maximum switching voltage of 48 V and a maximum switching current of 0.5 A for the level sensors.

Viton Configuration

This version of the VARIBOX Full Level Sensor is manufactured using Viton, PE, PP and PVC. Selecting the correct material configuration is important when the sensor is used with chemicals. Suitability depends on the chemical being filled as well as its concentration, temperature and operating conditions. Always verify the compatibility of the complete configuration with the product being handled. A separate EPDM version of the Full Level Sensor is also available for applications requiring that material configuration.
