The VARIBOX Safeline Coupler EPDM connects your pumping or process equipment to a VARIBOX Safeline Performance EPDM extractor tube. Once connected, the coupler creates a leak-tight interface that allows liquid product to move directly from the VARIBOX into your installation.

Safeline is designed around closed dispensing. The coupler and extractor tube work together as one connection, opening simultaneously when correctly connected. Product can flow towards the pump while air enters the container, without opening the VARIBOX during normal dispensing.

This coupler is specifically designed for the EPDM version of VARIBOX Safeline Performance and Precision.

The EPDM Safeline system is easily recognisable by its red colour and round connection. The corresponding coupler follows the same colour and shape, making it easier to identify the correct components before connecting your equipment.

This physical distinction is an important part of the Safeline concept. VARIBOX also offers a Viton version, which uses a green, 12-angular connection. The different designs help prevent the wrong coupler from being connected to an extractor tube with a different sealing configuration.

From VARIBOX to Your Pumping System
