The VARIBOX Safeline Coupler Viton provides the connection between a Safeline Viton extractor tube and your external pumping or process equipment. Designed as an integral part of the VARIBOX Safeline system, the coupler creates a leak-tight connection for controlled chemical transfer.

The VARIBOX Safeline Coupler Viton is designed to connect your extraction hose or process installation directly to the VARIBOX.

After the coupler has been positioned over the matching extractor tube, a metal clip secures the connection. Operating the handle then opens the extractor tube and establishes the product flow path.

The chemical can subsequently be pumped directly from the VARIBOX into the connected process without opening the container itself.

Keeping the transfer route closed helps minimise opportunities for chemical product and fumes to escape into the working environment and reduces unnecessary operator interaction with the contents of the container.
