800 litre IBC

The VARIBOX IBCs are available as 800 litre IBC. The unique 800 litre Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) are available in two different types. The first one is the VARIBOX Single Containment. This durable multi-trip container has a robust valve and is to be emptied at the bottom. The other type is the VARIBOX Full Containment. This is a double-walled container which meets various European regulations and is to be emptied from the top. With its unique design, the VARIBOX provides long-lasting services. 

VARIBOX SC 800 litre IBC 

The solid construction of the VARIBOX SC, roto moulded in polyethene, includes an inner container which is fully protected by its robust outer cover. Featuring a heavy-duty valve for easy and reliable dispensing of chemical products without the need of removing the screwcap on top.

The durable valve makes sure that your products stay safely inside the container, trip after trip. The VARIBOX SC inner container design enables you an optimal emptying of your container. 

VARIBOX FC 800 litre IBC

The VARIBOX FC is specially designed for re-use. These re-useable IBCs can be used for up to 10 years. Re-using IBCs throughout the complete lifetime means that you can save on material, production and labour costs. And of course, the environment will benefit from these reductions as well.

The inner container of the FC is shaped like a bathtub with an extractor tube at the lowest point – this minimizes the chemical residue after using the IBC. Less chemical residue means less chemical waste, which is better for the environment.

As mentioned before, the VARIBOX FC 800L is a unique double-walled container with integrated spill containment which complies with current storage- and transport regulations (ADR). These aspects give you a safe solution and the flexibility to place the IBC in every desired location, without having to set up additional drip tray facilities.
