This is the official return policy of Rotovia Deventer B.V. and Rotovia Montoir SAS. It applies to all orders placed with our companies on the webshop to ensure transparency and clarity for our customers.
This return policy does not apply to business-to-business contracts outside the webshop.
Validity
This return policy applies to customers in: Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Sweden.
Returns
Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
- Return period: within 30 days of receipt.
- Product condition: only new and unused products in their original packaging are eligible.
- Exceptions: custom-made and hygiene products cannot be returned.
What must I do to return my products?
- Spare parts must not have been used.
- Register your return via the online return form available on our returns page.
- Pack the products carefully in the original packaging.
- Send the package back to our location.
Can I track the status of my return?
It is currently not possible to track your return status online.

Is it possible to have my returns collected?
No, this is unfortunately not possible.
You are responsible for shipping the returned products to our location.
I would like to change my return – what should I do?
Once you have registered the products to be returned via the online return form, changes are only possible by contacting our customer service.
You can do this by using the form on the contact page.
I have received a damaged or broken product – what should I do?
If you receive a damaged or broken product, please fill out the complaint form to report it.
Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
Return process
- Method: returns are possible by post only.
- Return label/costs: the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
- Restocking fee: no restocking fees apply.
Refunds
We process refunds within 30 days after receipt and inspection of the returned products.
The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Exchanges
Yes, we accept exchanges. Please contact us within 30 days to arrange an exchange.
