Shipping Conditions
At Rotovia Deventer B.V. and Rotovia Montoir sas we ensure that your order is processed and delivered with the utmost care. Please find our official shipping policy below.
Order Cut-off
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM (CET/CEST, Amsterdam time) will be processed the same day.
- Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Processing Time (Handling Time)
- Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Processing time: 1 to 5 business days.
Shipping Schedule
- Once an order has been confirmed and the product is in stock, it will be shipped on the next Wednesday (excluding holidays and vacation periods).
- Depending on the delivery distance, you will receive your products within the timeframes described below.
Delivery Time (Transit Time)
- Shipping takes place from Monday to Friday.
- Transit time varies per destination: 3 to 30 business days.
- Expected total delivery time (including processing): 4 to 35 business days, depending on the customer’s location.
Availability and Delivery Times
To keep our customers well informed, we use a color-coding system for product availability:
- Green – good availability, delivery time up to 14 days
- Orange – limited availability, delivery time 14 to 28 days
- Red – low availability, delivery time more than 28 days
Out-of-Stock Items & Expected Delivery Date
If a product is not in stock, the expected delivery date will be stated on your order confirmation. This date will take precedence over the general delivery timeframes mentioned in this policy.
Pickup
It is not possible to pick up orders. All products will be shipped to the delivery address you provide.
Multiple Delivery Addresses
It is not possible to split one order over multiple delivery addresses. If you would like to have products delivered to different locations, please place multiple separate orders with different delivery addresses.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Shipping Costs
- The exact shipping costs depend on the destination country and the total weight of your order.
- These costs will be automatically displayed in your shopping cart during checkout.
Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we can reship after receiving the additional shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Missing Items on Delivery
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If items are damaged or missing, notify us within 5 business days of delivery, including photos of the packaging and product(s). We will arrange a suitable solution in line with applicable law.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (Non-EU)
For deliveries outside the EU, local customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees may apply. These charges are not included at checkout and are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs processing may extend delivery times.
Undeliverable Destinations
We do not ship to destinations under international trade sanctions or where logistics services are unavailable. Orders to such destinations will be cancelled and refunded.
P.O. Boxes & Pickup Points
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or locker/parcel pickup points. Please provide a physical street address.
Remote Areas & Oversize Freight
Deliveries to remote areas or shipments exceeding standard size/weight limits may require additional transit time or surcharges. We will notify you before dispatch if this applies.
Partial Shipments / Backorders
We may ship available items first and deliver backordered items later without extra shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. If an item is not in stock, the expected delivery date on your order confirmation is leading.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests to change or cancel an order can be made until 12:00 PM (CET/CEST) on the business day before our Wednesday dispatch. After this point, the order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.
Holidays & Force Majeure
Dispatch does not take place on national holidays or during announced company closure periods. Delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, strikes, customs) are considered force majeure.
Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to high carrier volumes or customs inspections (for deliveries outside the EU).
