The VARIBOX Full Containment (FC) is the safest Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) to protect you and the environment. This double-walled container sets a new standard in working safely with chemical products in distribution and warehousing. But also during usage within the many different applications where the VARIBOX is used for.
Double-walled protection
The VARIBOX FC 1000L and 800L are double-walled containers. That means that the chemical distributors and users of the VARIBOX have double-walled protection when using the IBC. This is all being accomplished by the unique construction of the VARIBOX FC. It starts with the pallet, which holds both an inner as well as and outer container. On top of those two containers, there is a cover. This double-walled construction protects you and the environment around you.
Prevents leakage
The VARIBOX Full Containment has an integrated spill containment. This spill containment has a capacity of 110%. This means when the inner container starts to leak, you and the environment will still be protected from the leakage. Next to that, the integrated spill containment gives you the flexibility to place the VARIBOX IBC on any desired location without setting up additional drip-tray facilities and of course still meeting the European regulations.
The safest IBC, because chemical contact avoided
Chemical contact during usage will be avoided. The VARIBOX FC is part of a completely closed system. By using the VARIBOX Safeline to connect the VARIBOX FC to your system there will always be a closed and drip-free connection. There is no need to open the screwcap or any other parts of the VARIBOX for a connection. This will avoid chemical contact.
Avert toxic fumes
When using the VARIBOX FC, toxic fumes will be averted. The VARIBOX is an automated vacuum vent or pressure relief vent that regulates the pressure within the IBC. So there is no need to open the screwcap or any other part of the VARIBOX during usage, you and your co-workers are prevented from toxic fumes.
The safest IBC, because meet European regulations
By using the VARIBOX FC you will meet various regulations throughout Europe. First of all, the VARIBOX FC has UN approval and meets the ADR regulations for dangerous goods. Next to that, the VARIBOX FC has DIBT approval and meets the regulations of the AWsV in Germany. But there is still more, in the Netherlands the VARIBOX FC meets the regulations of the PGS 15 and PGS 31.

But of course, the VARIBOX FC is also applicable for other extractor tubes. The full containment IBCs are available in many different colors as blue, dark blue, yellow, orange, green, and natural to match your product coding. Next to that, to be 100% safe the containers are equipped with automatic venting in terms of a pressure relief vent or combi-vent.
